How Minced Beef Pie Makes Me Feel Good?

However, this Pie made with beef mince and also a combination of some different mild or spicy ingredients with the crust and cheese.  Mince pie is famous in all over the world but the most important countries in which people like this minced pie are Australia, Canada, South Africa, and Europe.


Beef mince400 grams
Onion1 (chopped)
Garlic2-3 cloves (chopped)
Mushrooms1 cup (sliced)
Barbecue sauce1/4 cup
Tomato paste2 tab spoon
Chilli sauce2 tab spoon
White vinegar1 tab spoon
Beef stock1 cup
Plain flour1 tab spoon
Crushed black paper1 tea spoon
Salt¾ tea spoon
Rosemary1 tea spoon
Parmesan cheese3/4 cup
Cheddar cheese1/2 cup
Puff pastry packages16 ounce
Egg yolk1
Butter1 ounce
  • To prepare minced beef pie first of all, Preheat the oven to 200˚C .Place the butter and onion in the sauce pan and saute until transparent, then add chopped garlic and beef mince and then cook it for about 4-5 minutes over the medium heat. After this, add mushrooms and stir fry for approximately 1-2 minutes and also add plain flour and stir fry.
  • Then gradually add beef stock and at that time stir continuously until it mix well and then simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally until thick, season with salt and freshly crushed black paper and also add chili sauce, barbecue sauce,    and tomato sauce, rosemary, vinegar then stir fry for about 1 minute until mix it well
  • So, leave it to cool, now roll out the pastry with the dust of flour. Take a pie dish and adjust the pastry in it. Place the cold filling over the pastry and the cheese on the top, then cover again with puff pastry layer. Press the edges with fork to seal and brush with egg yolk and cut in the Center, then bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and serve hot.
